We ship to the destinations listed at checkout using reputable carriers. Some locations may have restrictions.
Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays/exhibitions). Custom items may require additional time (see product page).
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Estimates are not guarantees; delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and service level.
Tracking
We provide tracking where available. Check your shipping confirmation email for details.
Risk of loss & title
Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier, except as required by mandatory consumer law.
Undeliverable packages
For incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, the package may be returned to us. We can reship (additional shipping fees may apply) or refund the product price less shipping once received back in original condition.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes/fees. These are your responsibility and are not included unless expressly stated.
Delivery issues
Report non-delivery or visible damage within 72 hours of the carrier’s marked delivery time, with photos where applicable. We will assist with carrier claims.
